Position Description and Job Skill Set:

100% remote with in-person occasionally but rare. Could be onsite as often as twice per month

Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following:

• Review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimation.
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement
• Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end user training

Required Skills/Experience:

• Epic PB certification(s)
• EPIC – SME Level (8+ Years' Experience Required)
• RHIA/RHIT/CPC certified
• Revenue cycle reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data, and training – SME Level (8+ Years' Experience Required)
• Clearinghouse – SME Level (8+ Years' Experience Required)

Preferred/Not Required:

• Public health, community health, physician clinic, FQHC, RHC revenue cycle experience
• Mississippi healthcare experience
