Job Title: Information Systems Manager (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to align with organizational goals.
• Plan and manage the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Forecast technology trends and assess their impact on business operations.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of information systems.
• Oversee upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Assign responsibilities, evaluate performance, and manage resources effectively.
• Facilitate ongoing training and development to stay updated on the latest technologies.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement risk management practices, conduct audits, and ensure disaster recovery protocols are in place.
• Act as a liaison between IT and other business units to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Communicate system capabilities and constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the organization in leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing information systems, networks, and databases.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), CRM, and cloud technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, applications, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proficiency in project management and system implementation methodologies.
• Experience with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
