Qualifications:

• 1 year experience as a personal care assistant, home health aide, professional caregiver. Certification (PCA/HHA) is a plus!
• Experience caring for dementia clients
• A valid driver license and insured automobile that is suitable for transporting clients.
• A high level of professionalism,reliability and punctuality

Excellent communication skills * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned Responsibilities:

• Provide caring companionship, conversation, and help with hobbies and leisure activities
• Transport and accompany clients to their appointments
• Assist with meal planning, shopping and meal preparation
• Supervise daily activities
• Light housekeeping
• Give medication reminders
• Collaborate with client’s care team to provide client updates and important health changes
