We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of events that align with our organizational objectives and brand strategy. As an Event Coordinator, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that events are executed smoothly and efficiently, while exceeding the expectations of our attendees.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, and transportation arrangements.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed within budgetary constraints.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to negotiate contracts and secure services.
• Develop and distribute event marketing materials to promote events and maximize attendance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with overall company goals and brand strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management as it pertains to event planning.
