Shifts Available:

• Night Shift: 4x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:00)
• Day Shift: 4x12-Hour (06:00 - 18:00)
• Rotation Shift: Day, Evening, Night (3x12 or 4x12)
  • Day shift: 6a-6p
  • Evening shifts: 10a-10p, 12p-12a, 2p-2a
  • Night shift: 6p-6a

Pay Rate: $60 - $65 per hour

Job Summary:
ESO Consultants is seeking three experienced and motivated Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in our fast-paced Emergency Department located at 1200 Driving Park Ave, Newark, NY. These full-time positions involve working three to four 12-hour shifts per week on rotating schedules. First-time travelers are welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical nursing care to patients in emergency situations.
• Perform triage, assess patient conditions, and prioritize treatments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency care procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to stabilize patients and provide high-quality care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the medical team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Provide patient education, including aftercare and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
