Summary :
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling components and products while also ensuring that the finished products meet our quality standards. You must be able to work in fast-paced environments and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
An assembler is primarily capable of performing assemblies, usually putting parts together following instructions from a blueprint or assembly manual. Assembly work is typically a manual process. You may be putting pieces together by hand or using various hand tools. So manual dexterity is a plus. Fine motor control, strong hand, and eye coordination are also helpful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
· Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
· Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality
· Align components and adjust clearances to ensure proper fit
· Utilize measuring equipment and gauges to ensure proper assembly
· Follow safety protocols at all times
· Maintain accurate inventory records
· Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies
· Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly issues
· Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:• Demonstrated experience as an Assembler
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to identify potential safety hazards
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Ability to maintain accurate production records
• Ability to use basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Educational Qualification:
• High school diploma or equivalent
